This is what he needs:-
Some basic information before he can put anything on the site, such as the name of the establishment. Also the following:

• phone and fax numbers, e-mail address, can it be published?
• web site address, if available.
• Number of spaces for each type of accommodation available and price per person.
• Other facilities: Evening meal, packed lunch, public 'phone, pick-up service, drying facilities, showers (camp sites), dogs welcome.
• Details of when you are open, e.g. all year, except Christmas, etc.

He can also incorporate a small description/notes if there is anything you wish to add.
