Printed Guide They produce a printed guide book which is distributed through W.H. Smith and the like. Cost for entry into the guide is £70-80 per year (after approval).

Internet Prices Once accepted you can also have a web entry for £40 per year. This includes two photos of your property and a fairly lengthy description. Some of their existing customers have asked to be listed only on the web site rather than the printed guide - the choice is yours.
