| The house offers two twin-bedded letting rooms: - one completely en-suite, - one with private bathroom, and a family room with a double bed and private bathroom. Each room has tea and coffee-making facilities. There is a TV in two of the bedrooms, with another available for the third. |

 | The rooms are beautifully furnished with comfortable bed linen, modern beds and soft furnishings. The spacious bathrooms, each with shower and bath, have fitted carpets and all modern facilities, hot water and heated towel rails. |
| There is a Residents Drawing Room, with log fire, and a Dining Room to seat up to fourteen. The house is warmed by log fires and oil-fired central heating in all rooms, with beautiful rural views looking out to the countryside and the River Greta. |  |
